NuEra designed a streamlined MLR review process prior to implementation of an automated system...

NuEra’s Rapid Assessment led to a restructuring of Marketing Operations in this multinational Fortune 500 pharma. In order to optimize resources and available talent, NuEra designed a new structure along with alignment of roles and responsibilities across Marketing Operations and review team stakeholders. A new copy review policy, process and procedures were introduced and multiple tools implemented to reduce workload on project managers and sign off teams which paved the way for success with the new technology.

NuEra stepped in to run the promotion management department of a midsize Pharma in ‘crisis mode’...

In less than 8 days, NuEra stepped in to manage the review process rather than the company facing the alternative- ceasing all review until permanent hires could be made. In parallel, NuEra conducted a Rapid Assessment of relevant processes, eliminated non-value work, and implemented a revised process that shortened time spent on review and rework. New job descriptions were designed, longer-term process improvements recommended and a business case for an automated system were completed. 

A Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company utilized NuEra’s Trusted Advisor Program to assist an operations manager in her new role.

A project manager with little people management experience was promoted to Team Leader with a small staff. NuEra provided a Subject Matter Expert who stepped in to mentor the individual with bi-weekly sessions designed to discuss timely issues and provide advice. This particular manager was interested in improving upfront planning and transitioning her team from a service oriented role with Marketing stakeholders to an actual partnering relationship.  Clear roles were established, communications and planning improved and the Manager and her team have greater confidence and are excelling in their role.
